Happy Birthday to the love of my life!

Today is Jared's 33rd birthday. I must say, I pretty much hit the jackpot with landing this guy. I am so lucky to have him and appreciate him SO SO much!! I couldn't be any happier! Happy Birthday Baby! I love you!

Ultimate bitter sweet...

My dad was called as the mission president of the Mexico, Mexico City Northwest mission, for 3 years starting in July.


Tommy Robert Tervort, 60, and Paula Stone Tervort, eight children, Mexico Mexico City Northwest Mission, Elk Ridge 4th Ward, Payson Utah East Stake. Brother Tervort serves as a counselor in the Utah Provo Mission presidency and is a former bishop and counselor, ward Sunday School teacher, gospel doctrine teacher and missionary in the Mexican Mission. Registered investment adviser representative, IAI, Inc. Born in Payson, Utah, to Glen Lee and Nona Reece Tervort.

Sister Tervort serves as a visiting teaching coordinator and is a former counselor in a stake Young Women presidency and ward Relief Society president and counselor. Born in San Diego, Calif., to Conrad Gerald and Elizabeth Kay Walker Stone.



I am So excited, yet so sad! It will be hard to have them gone for 3 years, but will be such a great experience for us all!! Good luck mom and dad! We love you!!

CJ Miles and Wesley Mathews at Energy Solutions,,,This was AWESOME!!!

We had the coolest opportunity. Jared's work had put together a clinic at the ESA with CJ Miles and Wesley Mathews. There were only about 30 kids total in this little clinic and they were all kids of US Synthetic employees. It was such a neat experience. This clinic included 4 rotations of working on different basketball skills. They also had a Q&A session with Miles and Mathews and then each of them was able to have a picture taken with them and the bear and have their shirts signed. They also provided a little dinner. My kids were in heaven!! I must say Jared and I were as well.

Birthdays X 2

The week after Christmas I also have 2 birthdays in my house, yes i realize that was fantastic planning ~ or lack of planning but it is all good. My Joquelle turned 9!! I cannot believe it. They just keep getting older, it does not stop. It seems like time just keeps going faster and faster. When they were young I just kept wishing for them to get older so they could get their own drinks or get themselves dressed~ now it seems I am trying to hold on to time as I realize in the blink of an eye they will all be gone. If we could only be happy with the present!

Then my baby turned 5! Same story! I just love these girls to death. They are best buds and Joquelle is such a good little mom to Shelby. They get along so well. I love my girls!!

Merry Christmas and sickness all around

Christmas this year was fantastic. The kids are really getting fun!! They all took turn opening their presents and were excited about everything they got. Jared took great care of me. He always does the cutest things! I am a lucky girl!!

The day after Christmas Jared and I woke up at 3 am sicker then dogs!! It was horrible!! Each of the kids, except Brett, have taken their turns with this awful sickness, thankfully it didn't last to long.
